Preparing to Open Your New Account

Before opening your new business account, we need to collect some information from you in regards to your business. Providing us with this information allows us to continue to offer you select business services as well as ensure your accounts are safe and accurate.  Please take a few minutes to review the Documentation Checklist, for your specific business type, to determine the appropriate documentation needed.  Should you have any questions about these documents, please contact the Treasury Management Department or a Customer Service Representative at 765-654-8731.

Once you have all the requested forms for your business type we can proceed with opening your business account. To ensure your security, please contact the Treasury Management Department or a Customer Service Representative and they will provide you with a secure email link.
