We did not get acquired, we did not sell, and our board of directors remains in place! We are still the same bank that we’ve been since 1876 and are here to provide you with the same service that you’ve been accustomed to.
You don't need to take any action
Your account numbers remain the same, our locations and hours haven't changed, and your checks and cards will still work just like before. Keep using our mobile apps and accessing online banking at thefarmersbank.com. Once your card expires or you run out of checks, you may receive a new card/checks with the new logo on it.
Is my money safe? Is this site safe to use?
Yes! Your money is safe – the bank has not been sold or acquired. We’re still the same bank at our core that we have been for nearly 150 years. We’re just updating our colors and logo to help us stand out.
You'll note the URL (thefarmersbank.com) in your browser remains the same, and we are still using HTTPS Secure File Transfer Protocol. You don't need to update any bookmarks! Please free free to contact us with any questions.
Why is your old logo still in branches?
Since we weren’t bought or acquired, this will be a gradual change for us. External signs will be changed once permitting, etc. has been approved. We’re excited to share our new look everywhere you see us, as soon as we can, and are looking forward to having everything updated with time!
