City of Lebanon Mayor Matt Gentry, Andy Card, Card & Associates Founder and Chris Cook have officially cut the ribbon, played a couple of games of horse and are ready to welcome athletes and residents to Central Indiana’s newest multi-sport venue. Chris Cook, The Farmers Bank Chief Executive Officer and President announced in late January that they had secured the naming rights.

The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse, with 200,000 square feet under roof, offers eight basketball courts, twelve pickleball courts, one turf field and pitching and hitting tunnels. Basketball, pickleball, volleyball, soccer, football, baseball and softball tournaments and leagues are already finding this facility a great option in their rotation.

“When we announced this project in late 2022, transformational development was the goal,” said Mayor Gentry. We are well on our way. This sight sat dormant and offered no quality-of-life value for years. The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse will attract thousand of athletes to Lebanon monthly. It is a tremendous opportunity for positive impact.”

The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse opens just in time to host a full slate of volleyball tournaments. Basketball teams and leagues will begin player evaluations this weekend. Within weeks, baseball and softball spring team development will heat up, too.

“The Card & Associates group along with Lebanon city leaders and The Farmers Bank team know it is go time! We are staffed and ready to provide a great coach, athlete and visitors experience.” said Andy Card, Card & Associates.

The facility offers significant tenant space with tenants currently being secured. Additional campus developments include a residential community containing luxury apartments with first-class amenities under nationally renowned developer Bel Canto.

Card & Associates portfolio includes the Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield and Mojo Up Fieldhouse in Noblesville. Both will be busy with professional basketball activity.

Community Sports and Wellness Center in Pendleton rounds out the central Indiana portfolio. The Mishawaka Fieldhouse is currently under construction with completion in late 2024. Each site is maximized with complementary tenants, major partners and solid tournament and league relationships. With each of these locations, additional economic development occurs rapidly adding to the overall positive impact for the city, its residents and nearby businesses.
