The Farmers Bank Hires Jeff Curts as VP Engagement & Development Officer
The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce that Jeff Curts joined the bank on November 8, 2021, as Vice President, Engagement & Development Officer.
Jeff is a creative and innovative team-builder with a focus on talent development and delivering results. His background includes extensive experience in leadership training, sales development, event planning and corporate communications, while enhancing a company’s client relationships and bottom line.
He previously worked in a variety of positions, including Marketing Manager, Sales Development Specialist, and Talent Development Manager with First Merchants Bank and most recently, as a Project Manager at First Internet Bank. He received two “Gold Shield” awards during his tenure at First Merchants for outstanding performance.
Curts is a skilled communication and certified facilitator of Franklin Covey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, trained analyst of the Predictive Index, as well as a practitioner of The Leadership Challenge. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Jeff is a Leadership Academy graduate. He is a published author and active on social media.
Jeff is an avid sports fan (Chicago Bears and Indiana University) and dog lover (George the Beagle, Kai-Golden Retriever 13 weeks old). He is a supporter of several animal charities including: Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Golden Retriever Foundation, Hamilton County Humane Society, and Animal Protection League.
